5/12 – 7:15 a.m. – Lamondre T. Austin, 29 of East St. Louis, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant.  Incident occurred during a traffic stop at South Jefferson Street & White Street.  

5/8 – 10:30 a.m. – Jean A. Pierce, 55 of Millstadt, cited for Driving While Suspended.  Incident occurred in the 300 block of South Jefferson Street.

Kaiser, 28 of Millstadt, arrested on a felony warrant for Intimidation, out of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.  He was also cited for Driving While Suspended, Operation Uninsured Vehicle & Improper Display of Registration.  Incident occurred in the 1st block of East Washington Street. 

5/1 – 4:05 p.m. – Klayton M. Skaer, 28 of Millstadt, cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance, Operation Uninsured Vehicle, & Failure to Carry/Display Drivers License.  Incident occurred at Adams Street & Monroe Street.

4/30 – 4:16 p.m. – Bryant J. Ham, 33 of St. Louis, MO., cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.  Incident occurred at South Jefferson Street & Adams Street.

4/30 – 9:56 a.m. – Michael R. Yates, 27 of Fairview Heights, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant, and charged with Driving While Suspended, Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.  Incident occurred at State Route 158 & Beil Road.

4/26 – 6:00 p.m. – Alane M. Jones, 64 of St. Louis, MO., was cited for Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance, Operation Uninsured Vehicle, and Unlawful Display of Registration.  Incident occurred at South Illinois Street & M&O Station Road.  

4/25 – 11:34 p.m. – Samuel T.C. Shannon, 21 of Belleville, cited for Driving While Suspended, Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.  Incident occurred at Route 158 & Beil Road.  

4/21 – 1:08 p.m. – Linda R. Cannon Carter, 71 of Belleville, cited for Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.  Incident occurred in the 400 block of East Washington Street.
