8/3 – 12:03 p.m. – Tierra S. Gines, 35 of East St. Louis, cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Expired Registration.  Incident occurred at North Jackson Street & Washington Street.  

8/3 – 5:30 p.m. – Safari B. Robinson, 26 of Belleville, cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle.  Incident occurred 300 block of North Jefferson Street.  

7/27 – 7:04 p.m. – Jennifer S. Coker, 36 of Smithton, arrested on felony drug, misdemeanor domestic battery, and traffic warrants out of St. Clair County.  Incident occurred at the Circle K, 1 West Washington Street.

7/24 – 10:00 a.m. – Jeffery A. Skiles, 23 of Marissa, cited for Driving While Suspended & Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance.  Incident occurred at East Washington Street & Gemstone Drive.  

7/21 – 3:18 a.m. – Denver P. Keegan, 29 of Belleville, arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence 0.08+, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Disobey Stop Sign, Improper Turn Signal & Expired Registration.  Incident occurred at East Madison Street & Benham Drive.  

7/21 – 3:19 p.m. – Kyler B. Odgen, 26 of Belleville, cited for Operation Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Expired Registration.  Incident occurred in the 700 block of East Washington Street.  

7/16 – 9:47 p.m. – Zachary A. Ward, 29 of Red Bud, arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence 0.08+, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, & No Rear Registration Light.  Incident occurred in the 400 block of South Illinois Street.  

7/16 – 7:00 p.m. – Dionta T. Mosley, 34 of Granite City, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant, and cited for Driving While Suspended.  Briana L. Grice, 28 of Granite City, cited for Permitting Unauthorized Person to Drive and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis/Passenger.  Incident occurred at East Washington & Kossuth.   

7/13 – 11:49 p.m. – Residential Burglary – Homeowner reported someone unlawfully entered the residence and stole property.  On 7/17, 2:51 p.m., at the same location, the homeowner reported someone unlawfully forced entry into his residence and stole property.  Incident occurred on South Polk Street.  

7/13 – 12:32 a.m. – Max T. Grabowski, 31 of Millstadt, cited for Driving While Suspended.  Incident occurred in the 100 block of West Washington Street.

7/12 – 9:10 p.m. – Justin M. Whitney, 37 of Millstadt, cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance, Operation Uninsured Vehicle and Expried Registration.  Incident occurred in the 200 block of South Breese Street. 

7/11 – 7:07 p.m. – Ryan N. Guerra, 37 of Belleville, cited for Driving While Suspended & Operation of Vehicle when Registratin Suspended for Non-Insurance.  Incident occurred in the 300 block of West Washington Street. 

7/09 – Police took a report of three Yamaha golf carts stolen out of an outbuilding at Kennedi Golf Cart Sales, in the 600 block of West Washington Street.  One cart was blue with silver flame graphics, the other two were white in color. 7/01 – 1:57 p.m. – Police received a complaint of a solicitor in the Alpine Meadows Subdivision.  Police located the subject, and confirmed he did not have a village solicitation permit.  Tyler A. Ross, 25 of Las Vegas, NV., was cited under village ordinance for Soliciting without a Permit.

6/22 – At 2:59 a.m. a Millstadt Officer was dispatched to an address on South Tyler Street for a suspicious person looking into a vehicle. The Officer responded, and observed two suspicious subjects walking at Adams and Lafayette Streets. The subjects fled on foot, the Officer gave chase in his squad car, but the subjects…
