Warrant Arrest

9/30 – 8:10 p.m. – Police responded to a civil issue in the 300 block of North Jefferson. One of the individuals involved was found to have an active warrant out for his arrest. Kevin A. Maney, 25 of Millstadt, was taken into custody on a Perry County traffic warrant.

DUI Arrest

9/26 – 7:18 p.m. – Officers responded to a call for a motorcycle in a ditch, at South Breese Street and Oak Street. Upon investigating they arrested and charged the operator of the motorcycle, Eric J. Britton, age 57 of Lesterville, MO., with Driving Under the Influence.

Domestic Disturbance

9/25 – 11:36 p.m. – Officers responded to a domestic disturbance, on North Jefferson Avenue. The disturbance was between a male and female who reside together. The disturbance was verbal and no arrests were made.

Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property

9/23 – 8:25 p.m. – Police took a report of a theft of a lost cell phone at the Dollar General. Video footage showed the suspect. Upon completion of the investigation the suspect, Jeffrey A. Galle age 53 of Millstadt, was charged with Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property.

9/23 – 7:12 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic disturbance on South Mulberry Street. The disturbance was between a male and female who reside together. The male subject was gone. 9/21 – 2:20 a.m. – Police received a report of a reckless driver coming in on South Jefferson Avenue. Police stopped the vehicle in the 800 block of S. Jefferson. Carmelo Cervantes-Chavoya, age 44 of Fairmont City, was charged with Operation Uninsured Vehicle, No Valid Driver’s License, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and No Valid Registration.
