Aggravated Assault/Resisting

8/14/19 – 11:37 a.m. – Police were called to the village’s municipal pool for a subject creating a disturbance, and possessing a knife. While attempting to detain the subject he resisted. David B. Mueller, age 56 of Columbia, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting a Peace Officer, Trespassing, and Disorderly Conduct.

8/12 – 9:45 p.m. – Police were alerted via an Illinois State Police, of a reckless driver. A Millstadt Officer stopped the vehicle at Washington & Jefferson. The driver, Amanda G. On July 22nd and 25th police took phone harassment complaints from two different individuals who are related. DUI Arrest

8/10 – 9:46 p.m. – Police were alerted via an Illinois State Police broadcast of a reckless driver. A Millstadt Officer stopped the vehicle in the 6000 block of Floraville Road. The driver of the vehicle, Sarah L. Hill age 39 of Waterloo, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Warrant Arrest

8/07 – 8:38 p.m. – Sharon M. Popham, 28 of Dupo, arrested on St. Clair County traffic warrants. The incident occurred during a traffic stop at Washington & Jefferson.

Theft Over

7/30 – Police were called to Hartmann Farm Supply, on Douglas Road, for a theft. Upon investigating officers found evidence of a theft, in which a trailer with three large lawnmowers loaded on it was stolen. Later that morning the trailer was recovered on Roachtown Road however, the mowers were no longer on the trailer.

Possession of Methamphetamine

7/30 – 3:17 a.m. – An officer stopped a vehicle on State Route 163 for a registration violation. The officer found the driver had a suspended driver’s license, and took her into custody.
