8/14 – 10:43 p.m. – Raphael Madison, 28 of East Saint Louis, arrested on a Madison County traffic warrant, and cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred at West Washington Street & Jackson Street.
