Theft 9/09 – Police took a theft report on West Van Buren Street. A couple reported money and jewelry were taken from the residence. Individuals who are considered suspects had access to the residence, and are acquaintances of another family member.
9/05 – Joseph R. Early, 19 of Millstadt, charged with Unlawful Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor, & multiple traffic violations. Incident occurred in the 400 block of South Illinois Street.
9/04 – Zachary A. Kelly, 27 of Belleville, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant, and charged with No Valid Driver’s License. Incident occurred at North Main Street & Mill Street.
9/03 – Police received a 9-1-1 call for a vehicle that nearly struck another vehicle head-on, on Route 158 between Columbia & Millstadt. Police located the vehicle at South Illinois Street. M&O Station Road. Christopher S. Weber, 36 of Fenton, Missouri, charged with Driving Under the Influence.
Police received a 9-1-1 call for a possible DUI driver, headed towards Millstadt, on Floraville Road. Tiffany L. Millender, age 36 of O’Fallon, was charged with Improper Lane Usage, and Driving Under the Influence. Incident occurred in the first block of South Jefferson Avenue.
9/01 – Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance, on North Jefferson Avenue. The disturbance was between a male & female, who were at a relatives home. The male subject was no longer on scene. After an investigation it was determined there was no crime committed. The officer referred the female to a counselor.
